- Practicing techniques how to avoid or minimize the chance of problems occurring on an abseil. And also rescuing an abseiler (who is stuck and unable to descend or self rescue) using releasable rigging, backup rope or pick-off techniques. Distance 1km. Ascent 140m, descent 140m.
