- This walk is back on the program. Last time it was listed there was reports of a land slip. This has been investigated and does not affect the route. So....walk out on narrow neck road from the locked gate to Redledge Pass. We do not descend the pass but follow the ledge around to Rock Pile pass where a 4 meter climb is required (tape supplied) and a shuffle along a narrow exposed ledge. You need to be confident with the exposure on the track and at the climb site. Great views of Megalong. Then skirt back through the edge of Coral swamp to Narrow neck road. Probably 5-6 hrs duration.Iif time permits we may take part of the original walkers track to Diamond falls area, then climb up the hill to the paked cars.
