Following the club AGM, I will lead a short walk along Galong Creek in the Megalong Valley. A 30 minute drive from Blackheath takes us to the start of the walk which is 1 km down to the falls and 1 km return. The walk will be conducted at a slow pace, allowing lots of time for photos. The time is around two hours return. The unique pink granite creek is well worth seeing. Some scrambling is involved and wet feet could happen. Usually the whole trip is dry. Bookings and transport will be arranged at the AGM.
